Policies

Please read before making a purchase!

Returns:

Most items are accepted for return and refund within 14 days of delivery.  Custom made items are final sale. The item must be returned in an unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. I require you to get a tracking number for your return shipment, as you are responsible for the product in-transit and I would like to track item to make sure it does not get lost. Hannah's Handmade Designs has the right to deny credit for any returned pieces that do not meet the requirements of our return policy, so please treat our handmade pieces with care! 

Follow these steps to return your item: 

  • Contact Hannah's Handmade Designs via contact form through the website to obtain return address. Contact form is located at the bottom of Hannah's Handmade Designs home page.

  • Please repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage of the product in return transit. 

  • After package is mailed please provide us with a tracking number.  Its your responsibility to safely ship the items so that item is delivered back to Hannah's Handmade Designs in its original condition. 

  • SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING DIGITAL PRODUCTS: â€‹There are no returns or refunds for purchased digital products from Hannah's Handmade Designs. If you find an error with your pattern, please contact us as we would be happy to resolve the error with you!

Refunds:

Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days after receipt. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return and refund is processed.

SHIPPING

Due to all items being handmade shipping times can vary depending on how many orders I have.  To know an approximate wait and ship time please message me.   


I ship my orders out on wednesday mornings.  Each package ships First Class. Tracking number and shipping confirmation email will be sent. 


I currently only ship within the United States but I am willing to ship overseas if shipping costs are covered by customer.
